Brian's right, the DHCP client is usually an /sbin function, and on my 
Mandrake system it's "/sbin/dhclient".  Apropos may be helpful in finding 
such things - apropos dhcp gives several hints that point to the dhclient 
command.
locate, whereis, aporops, which - all useful in such matters.
