Breaking Threads

   Over the last week, there has been a great increase in threading
   breaking. This has happened in one of two ways:
    1. Your email client doesn't include the proper threading headers to
       indicate the message to which you are replying; therefore, the
       message is displayed as the beginning of a new thread or as a
       response to a message much further up the thread. Not easily
       fixable. Please check to see if your email client complies to the
       proper RFC's. Change if you can; "oh well" if you can't.
    2. Others have decided to break the thread in order to draw more
       attention to their reply to the topic. Please don't do this; if
       the topic hasn't changed, just reply to one of the parent
       messages.
