Linux rootimage-0.11 or 0.12 1

I need the dists that Linus Torvalds thought its the first working dists:
The couple files:
bootimage-0.11.Z
rootimage-0.11.Z
or
bootimage-0.12.Z
rootimage-0.12.Z

I am afraid these files are not contained on any CDs. 'cause we only use
1.2M+720M diskettes drives at that time.
