This won't work, at least not the way you stated it.
Router 4 has to know about Router 1
This works:
Internet <---> Router 1 <---> Router 4 <---> Target
It is the layout of the network I work on every day.
well ok it is actually
Client <---> Router A <---> Router B <--->Internet <---> Router 1 <--->
Router 4 <---> Target
(my WS) (firewall) (Sprint BB) (routes) (DSL host)
(Firewall) (client WAN)
