Subject: HELP! A Sigma Legend II and X Windows

Can somebody tell me, how to configure X Windows with a Sigma Legend II
and a NEC 4FG.
My Problem is, that the maximum clock is 35.7 when I type startx.
But to run the NEC 4FG with 1024 x 768 and 70Hz the clock has to be 60 or more.
Please help me.
